A\u011fr\u0131 genellikle tek tarafl\u0131d\u0131r ve hareketle artar. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7eneyi a\u00e7ma veya kapama sorunlar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir, \u00c7ene a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fcz, kulak, ba\u015f, boyun, omuz ve s\u0131rta da yay\u0131labilir.<\/p><p>CMD\u2019nin di\u011fer belirtileri \u015funlar olabilir:<\/p><ul><li>Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 veya migren<\/li><li>Kulak a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 veya iltihab\u0131<\/li><li>\u0130\u015fitme kayb\u0131 veya azalmas\u0131<\/li><li>G\u00f6z a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 veya ya\u015farmas\u0131<\/li><li>Burun t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya akmas\u0131<\/li><li>Di\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 veya hassasiyeti<\/li><li>\u00c7i\u011fneme veya yutma g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/li><li>Bo\u011faz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131<\/li><li>Uyku bozukluklar\u0131 veya yorgunluk<\/li><li>Sinirlilik veya depresyon<\/li><\/ul><h4>CMD Nas\u0131l Te\u015fhis Edilir?<\/h4><p>CMD\u2019nin te\u015fhisi i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle bir doktora ba\u015fvurmak gerekir. Doktor hastan\u0131n \u015fikayetlerini dinleyecek, t\u0131bbi ge\u00e7mi\u015fini soracak ve fiziksel bir muayene yapacakt\u0131r. Fiziksel muayenede doktor hastadan \u00e7enesini a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131, kapatmas\u0131n\u0131, sa\u011fa ve sola hareket ettirmesini isteyerek \u00e7ene hareketlerini de\u011ferlendirecektir. Ayr\u0131ca doktor hastan\u0131n \u00e7enesini eliyle muayene ederek a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131 noktalar, \u015fi\u015flikler, kitleler veya anormallikler tespit edecektir.<\/p><p>Doktor gerekirse baz\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme y\u00f6ntemleri de isteyebilir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemeler aras\u0131nda r\u00f6ntgen, bilgisayarl\u0131 tomografi (BT), manyetik rezonans tomografi (MR) veya ultrason (US) bulunur. Bu y\u00f6ntemlerle doktor \u00e7ene ekleminin ve \u00e7evreleyen dokular\u0131n durumunu daha ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak inceleyebilir.<\/p><p>CMD\u2019nin tedavisi \u00e7ok disiplinli bir yakla\u015f\u0131m gerektirir. Bu nedenle doktor hastay\u0131 fizyoterapist, psikolog veya di\u011fer uzmanlara
